Terms & Conditions

How to Order:

All orders must be placed online through the website using the shopping cart facility provided. Please do not e-mail your details to us directly.

Payment:

We accept Paypal, all payments must be received within 5 working days from placing the order. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation of the order.

Delivery:

All products listed are in stock and available. We aim to dispatch all orders with 3 working days of cleared payment.

All items are sent via Royal Mail with the service that had been selected at the checkout stage.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time please contact the Merchandise Manager by using the contact form found on our contact page or if you prefer by email merchandise@vwgolfmk1.org.uk

Return of Goods:

Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) within 30 days after receiving the goods if they are faulty, or if the wrong item has been dispatched. In this event please contact our Merchandise Manager and fill out the returns form found on our Returns Page

Returned items need to be sent to:

Items must be unused / unworn and must be accompanied by the original delivery note. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods intended for a refund reach us safely and in their original condition. We recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery.

Refunds (including our delivery charge) will be made to the payment method which you originally used for the purchase. For faulty or incorrect items we will refund any reasonable costs that you have incurred returning the goods to us. This will be paid within 5 working days of receiving returned goods.

Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints:

We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint may be sent to Merchandise Manager merchandise@vwgolfmk1.org.uk

We aim to acknowledge any complaint made through the website by email within 5 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter.

Privacy:

Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you, are held and will not pass on or sold to third parties. All information provided is only used to process your order.
